Working Together: Terms & Guidelines
I’m so honoured to support you on this journey of transformation. To create a strong container for your growth, here are a few important things to know:
- A 25% deposit secures your place in the program and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before we begin (on the date of your first session). Because this work requires full dedication, all payments are final and non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice, and we’ll find a new time. Sessions cancelled with less notice or missed entirely cannot be rescheduled or refunded. In truly exceptional circumstances, I’ll always do my best to find a solution that supports you.
- If, for any reason, I need to cancel a session, I will immediately provide a replacement session and ensure that you lose nothing in the process.
- This journey invites deep transformation, and with that comes a willingness to be fully present, explore uncomfortable truths, and move through emotional layers with honesty and self-compassion. While I hold a safe and supportive space, true change happens when you actively engage in the process. Everything shared in our sessions is held in strict confidentiality, creating a space of trust, non-judgment, and deep respect.
- The tools and teachings I share are created with care and intention. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied or shared. While this work is profoundly healing, it is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care, and I encourage seeking additional support if needed.
- Respect is the foundation of this work. I will not tolerate rude, disrespectful, or abusive behavior. If a client engages in such conduct, I reserve the right to terminate our work together immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, as the investment reflects the depth of this work and the space held for your transformation.
- By registering for and participating in this program, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own well-being. You understand that this work is not medical or psychiatric treatment, and you agree to waive any right to legal action against Maria K or any associated entities for any outcomes related to your participation.
- By stepping into this work, you’re saying yes to yourself in a powerful way. I can’t wait to walk this journey with you.
